1. Introduction Welcome to DNR Dumpsters. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (https://dnrdumpsterrentals.com/) and the rental services provided by DNR Dumpsters (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. By accessing our website or booking a dumpster, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description We provide roll-off dumpster rental services (30-yard and 40-yard containers) for residential and commercial use in Central Arkansas.
3. Booking and Payment
- Booking: Reservations are made via phone or our contact channels. A rental is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.
- Payment: Payment is due upon booking or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) and Cash.
- Pricing: Prices are based on the dumpster size, rental duration, and delivery location. Additional fees may apply for overweight loads or prohibited items.
4. Rental Rules and Use of Equipment
- Prohibited Items: You agree NOT to place the following items in the dumpster:
- Hazardous waste (chemicals, pesticides, paint, solvents)
- Tires, car batteries, and automotive fluids
- Asbestos or medical waste
- Appliances containing Freon (refrigerators, AC units) unless previously approved
- Flammable or explosive materials
- Violation of this policy will result in additional disposal fees and potential return of the debris to your site.
- Fill Limits: Debris must not exceed the top edge of the dumpster (“water level”). Overfilled dumpsters create a safety hazard and may be refused for pickup, subject to a trip fee.
- Weight Limits: Each rental includes a specific weight allowance. Tonnage exceeding this limit will be billed at a pro-rated rate per ton.
5. Delivery and Pickup
- Access: You must provide a clear, accessible, and safe location for delivery. We are not liable for damage to driveways, pavement, or landscaping caused by the weight of the truck or dumpster.
- Permits: It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain any necessary street permits if the dumpster is placed on a public roadway.
6. Liability and Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DNR Dumpsters from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the equipment, including but not limited to damage to the rental equipment or personal injury during the rental period.
7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
